Mogran Beta Terms

These terms apply to participation in the Mogran private beta. By creating an account, you agree to follow them and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Curated access

Creating an account does not guarantee member access or Founding Member status. Mogran may review profiles, approve or decline access, moderate submissions, remove content, suspend accounts or end beta participation to protect the community and the service.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and notify Mogran if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity submitted through your account.

Community conduct

Use Mogran respectfully and lawfully. Do not harass people, impersonate others, post discriminatory or hateful content, share scams or misleading opportunities, infringe intellectual property, expose private information without permission, scrape member data, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Mogran a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, display, moderate and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

Introductions and member interactions

Mogran may help surface people, organizations, opportunities or introductions, but members are responsible for their own decisions, communications and due diligence. Mogran does not guarantee employment, investment, partnerships, sales, safety or any specific result.

Beta availability

The service is still being tested. Features may change, pause or stop, and data may occasionally be unavailable. Mogran will take reasonable care but provides the beta on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains how member information is handled. Do not copy, export or use another member’s information outside the purpose for which it was shared.

Ending participation

You may request account deletion by emailing hello@joinmogran.com. Mogran may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or creates risk for members, the community or the service.
