Mogran Beta Terms

These terms apply to participation in the Mogran private beta. By creating an account, you agree to follow them and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Reviewed access

Creating an account does not guarantee member access or Founding Member status. Mogran may review profiles, approve or decline access, moderate submissions, remove content, suspend accounts or end beta participation to protect the community and the service.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and notify Mogran if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity submitted through your account.

Community conduct

Use Mogran respectfully and lawfully. Do not harass people, impersonate others, post discriminatory or hateful content, share scams or misleading opportunities, infringe intellectual property, expose private information without permission, scrape member data, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Mogran a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, display, moderate and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

Social links and feedback

You may add links to social profiles or websites you control or are authorized to represent. Those destinations remain subject to the outside platform’s terms and privacy practices. Feedback, bug reports, and optional screenshots are used to operate and improve Mogran. Do not include passwords, payment details, private messages, or another person’s sensitive information in a screenshot.

Public Spotlights and organization pages

Mogran publishes a Spotlight only after recording consent from the featured member or an authorized organization representative. If you provide text, links or images for a Spotlight, you confirm that the material is accurate, that you have the rights needed to publish it and that the consent covers public display and sharing. Organization ownership claims must be truthful, and verified organization pages must use official destinations.

Help Sudan directory

Help Sudan listings point to external official destinations that Mogran has reviewed. Mogran does not process donations, control the receiving organization or guarantee how outside funds are used. Verification can become outdated, so review the destination and current organization information before donating or sharing a listing.

Introductions and member interactions

Mogran may suggest people, organizations, opportunities or introductions, but members are responsible for their own decisions, communications and due diligence. Connection notes and messages must follow the community conduct rules. Mogran does not guarantee employment, investment, partnerships, sales, safety or any specific result.

Learning Center and external resources

Mogran curates links to learning provided by third parties. Approval means Mogran reviewed the destination and its usefulness on the date shown; it is not a guarantee that the resource will remain available, accurate, safe, free, or suitable for you. External providers control their own content, prices, accounts, terms, and privacy practices. If you suggest a resource, provide an original, lawful destination and an honest description.

Ambassador roles

Ambassador applications and assignments are reviewed, limited to an agreed scope, and may be paused or ended. An Ambassador title does not create employment, agency, authority to bind Mogran, access to private member information, or general administrator permissions. Ambassadors must follow the same conduct, privacy, and content rules as every member.

Beta availability

The service is still being tested. Features may change, pause or stop, and data may occasionally be unavailable. Mogran will take reasonable care but provides the beta on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains how member information is handled. Do not copy, export or use another member’s information outside the purpose for which it was shared.

Ending participation

You may request account deletion by emailing hello@joinmogran.com. Mogran may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or creates risk for members, the community or the service.
